02. Criminal Law

We provide criminal defense services, Legal advice and representation at district court and circuit court, Garda station legal advice, prison visits, and airport detention. If you find yourself in any of these situations please note that you have a right to legal representation. If you are suspected or charged with a crime, we will ensure that your legal rights are upheld and that due process will take its course. We will also ensure that you provided with all the assistance and assessments that may be required in such circumstances.

In criminal law matters where your liberty is at stake, it is important to note that you have a right to a solicitor, to ensure that your constitutional rights are protected. In this regard, it is important that you are provided with this advice or representation at the earliest opportunity.

We will ensure that you received legal advice at the earliest opportunity and advise you of your right, in plain English for you to understand, which will allow you to make informed decisions especially in circumstances where you are charged with very serious offenses such as murder, manslaughter, rape and drug offenses. We provide legal advice and representation to both legal aid and private clients. We are available out of office hours and on weekends.
